Small Group Counselling

Sometimes it helps to know you’re not the only one navigating something. Small Group Support offers a welcoming, supportive space for a small number of people (2-3 individuals) who are experiencing similar life challenges or questions. These sessions can also be a space to help small groups work through relational conflicts or communication breakdown.

Groups are designed to be practical, relational, and encouraging, with opportunities to learn, reflect, share, and develop tools that can be carried into everyday life. Focused topics may include stress and emotional wellness, parenting, relationships, grief, life transitions, faith and mental health, or other areas of shared need. Small groups can also identify areas and challenges they wish to work through with the support of a neutral and caring guide.

Depending on the group, sessions may include psychoeducation, guided discussion, creative and experiential activities, and NSST Therapy. For groups where faith is a shared foundation, Christian faith-based support may be thoughtfully integrated through scripture, prayer, reflection, and conversations about hope, purpose, and spiritual well-being.
